All you need is a glass of chilled chaas on a hot summer day, so cooling. Chaas usually served along with the meal. So after having a spicy curry meal, drink a glass of it. It’s a great way to cool off the stomach and helps to stay away from acidity.

Ingredients
  • 2 cup thick yogurt 2 ½ to 3 cups of water
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt or as required
  • 1 tsp cumin powder (roasted)
  • 1 piece of chopped green chilly
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • Crushed ice cubes
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take a jar and put yogurt and all the spices, black salt, chaat masala, salt, cumin powder, green chilly, freshly chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and water.
  2. Blend everything all together till smooth. You can also use a blender to make masala chaas. Take serving glasses, put some crushed ice, and pour masala chaas.
  3. Lastly, sprinkle some cumin powder and serve chill.

Note: I have used thick yogurt but if using slightly thin curd then add water accordingly. If you don't want to make it spicy then you can skip green chilly. You can also add some freshly chopped mint leaves for mint flavor.
