Leftovers mean the uneaten edible remains of a meal. Most of us would admit that we throw out a lot of leftover food every week. Reusing leftovers and food scraps is safe and can be incredibly delicious which will definitely reduce the waste particularly the amount of money spent on that food. Many a time, the leftovers can be used as it is simple, or by reheating in stove or microwave, or to make a completely new dish along with some other ingredients.

  • 3-4 roti
  • 3 teaspoons ghee
  • 5 teaspoons Bura as per taste
  • Almond for garnish
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take a mixer and grind the roti
  2. Add 2 teaspoon ghee in a Kadai
  3. Add the roti mixer and cook it for 3-4 mins
  4. Keep the mixer for cooling
  5. Now add 5 teaspoons Bura as per taste
  6. Add 1 teaspoon ghee or 2-3 teaspoons water incase mixture is dry
  7. Take a mixer and make a ladoo
  8. Add Almonds for garnish
