Fruit cake.. is always tempting. But when it comes to exotic fruits like Dragon fruit, Kiwi, Cherry, pomegranate, mosambi, and apple... The taste and the look are just awesome. Vanilla sponge filled with cream and pulp of fruits makes it very exotic. It's always high in demand.

Ingredients
  • Eggless vanilla sponge
  • Cream
  • Available fruits
Cooking Instructions
  1. Vanilla sponge with cream and fruits.
  2. Vanilla sponge cut into 3 pieces
  3. On every layer put the cream and fruit pulp or chunks.
  4. Then covered the cake with cream.
  5. And decorate with the fruits.
