Are leftover Rotis quite a frequent sight in your home? Get them out of the fridge and turn them into this delicious upma the next morning.
Ingredients
- 5 Chapati
- 2 small onion
- 1 tomato
- Any vegetable (optional)
- Half cup sweet corn
- Half cup sprouts
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Half cup of water
Cooking Instructions
- Take a pan, add oil and onion
- Fry for one minute
- Now add tomato, sweet corn, sprouts and mix it well for one minute
- Add pizza sauce, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and mix it well
- Add chapati and mix it well
- Add water and fry it till the water gets absorb
