Mackerel (Bangda) Rava Tawa Fry ಬಂಗಡೆ ರವಾ ಫ್ರ

Ingredients
  • Mackerel (Bangda) 4 nos.
  • Red Chilly powder 2 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder 3/4 Teaspoon
  • Jeera Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  • Rava 2 Tablespoon
  • Coconut or cooking Oil 2 Tablespoon
Cooking Instructions
  1. Marinate Fish: Add chili powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar to bowl mix it nicely. (if masala becomes thick can add 1or 2 tablespoons of water to mix). Take fish and marinate them and keep aside for at least 1 hour.
  2. keep pan to heat, once pan heats add oil.
  3. Spread rava on a flat plate and dip both sides of the fish and put in Tawa.
  4. Fry each side for 10 to 12 minutes (medium-low flame)
