Mackerel (Bangda) Rava Tawa Fry ಬಂಗಡೆ ರವಾ ಫ್ರ
Ingredients
- Mackerel (Bangda) 4 nos.
- Red Chilly powder 2 Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder 3/4 Teaspoon
- Jeera Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
- Rava 2 Tablespoon
- Coconut or cooking Oil 2 Tablespoon
Cooking Instructions
- Marinate Fish: Add chili powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar to bowl mix it nicely. (if masala becomes thick can add 1or 2 tablespoons of water to mix). Take fish and marinate them and keep aside for at least 1 hour.
- keep pan to heat, once pan heats add oil.
- Spread rava on a flat plate and dip both sides of the fish and put in Tawa.
- Fry each side for 10 to 12 minutes (medium-low flame)
