Masala Puri is very simple and easy to make. But in this recipe, you will know some simple steps needed to knead the dough and technique used for making poori soft and puffy.
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Ajwain seeds – ¼ tsp
Cooking Instructions
- oast the ajwain seeds and mix all the spices with whole wheat flour.
- Add oil and salt and knead the dough with sufficient water.
- Roll out into medium-sized puris and deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve hot.
