METHI EGG BHURJI RECIPE

PLEASE TRY AT HOME - YUMMY, EASY AND HEALTHY RECIPE

Ingredients
  • Methi Leaves 1 bunch
  • Egg 5 Nos
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilly sliced 3 nos (as per your taste)
  • Onion Big chopped 4 nos.
  • Tomatoes Big chopped 2 nos.
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

METHI EGG BHURJI RECIPE

YUMMY, EASY AND HEALTHY RECIPE

Preparation:

  1. Add 3tbsp oil to kadai then add garlic & saute it well.
  2. Then add onion and salt fry it later
  3. Add green chilly & turmeric powder mix it well and fry it before onion color changes then add tomatoes & fry till tomatoes melts.
  4. After tomato melts add chopped methi leaves mix well and close lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Cook until water absorbs then add eggs, sprinkle salt on that then slowly scramble it, fry till raw egg smell come out.

Methi Egg Bhurji is ready to serve.

Serve: 4 people

Tips:

  1. Do not cook onion brown
  2. Do not over scramble egg
  3. When you add egg sprinkle salt
  4. Cook bhurji till non sticky
