METHI EGG BHURJI RECIPE

Ingredients
- Methi Leaves 1 bunch
- Egg 5 Nos
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Green Chilly sliced 3 nos (as per your taste)
- Onion Big chopped 4 nos.
- Tomatoes Big chopped 2 nos.
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Cooking Instructions

YUMMY, EASY AND HEALTHY RECIPE
Preparation:
- Add 3tbsp oil to kadai then add garlic & saute it well.
- Then add onion and salt fry it later
- Add green chilly & turmeric powder mix it well and fry it before onion color changes then add tomatoes & fry till tomatoes melts.
- After tomato melts add chopped methi leaves mix well and close lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Cook until water absorbs then add eggs, sprinkle salt on that then slowly scramble it, fry till raw egg smell come out.
Methi Egg Bhurji is ready to serve.
Serve: 4 people
Tips:
- Do not cook onion brown
- Do not over scramble egg
- When you add egg sprinkle salt
- Cook bhurji till non sticky
