Paneer Juicy wrap can be a wholesome meal and a good tiffin idea too for kids.
Ingredients
- Paneer ( 4 thick slices of approx 4 inches)
- Nachos (full packet crushed)
- Cornflakes ( 1 small bowl grinded)
- Cornflour
- All purpose flour.
- Bread crumbs.
- Lettuce
- Sliced onion ( 2 medium)
- Cheese slices (8)
Seasonings
- Salt.
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- Italian herb mix
- Red chili powder
Cooking Instructions
The slurry for Paneer Patties
- Mix equal qty of all purpose flour and cornstarch. Add salt, chili flakes and Oregano. Add water to make slurry
- Mix Nachos powder, all seasoning and bread crumbs in one bowl
- Crushed cornflakes in separate bowl
Making Paneer Patties
- Dip paneer piece in slurry and then in Cornflakes powder
- Again dip in slurry and then coat with Nachos mix powder. Coat it well
- Make all pieces like this and refrigerate for 30 mins
- Deep fry the parties after refrigeration
Wraps
- Take tortilla.
- Add lettuce
- Sliced onion.
- Add sauces of your choice - chipotle/sweet onion/sweet chili/mustard
- Cut paneer pattie in two pieces and put in wrap
- Keep cheese slices - 2 per wrap
- Close the wrap.
- Grill it in griller for 2 mins or on grill pan with little olive oil
The wrap is ready to serve. You can cut it in two pieces for serving.
