Paneer Juicy Wrap

Paneer Juicy wrap can be a wholesome meal and a good tiffin idea too for kids.

  1. Paneer ( 4 thick slices of approx 4 inches)
  2. Nachos (full packet crushed)
  3. Cornflakes ( 1 small bowl grinded)
  4. Cornflour
  5. All purpose flour.
  6. Bread crumbs.
  7. Lettuce
  8. Sliced onion ( 2 medium)
  9. Cheese slices (8)
  1. Salt.
  2. Black pepper
  3. Oregano
  4. Italian herb mix
  5. Red chili powder
Cooking Instructions

The slurry for Paneer Patties

  1. Mix equal qty of all purpose flour and cornstarch. Add salt, chili flakes and Oregano. Add water to make slurry
  2. Mix Nachos powder, all seasoning and bread crumbs in one bowl
  3. Crushed cornflakes in separate bowl

Making Paneer Patties

  1. Dip paneer piece in slurry and then in Cornflakes powder
  2. Again dip in slurry and then coat with Nachos mix powder. Coat it well
  3. Make all pieces like this and refrigerate for 30 mins
  4. Deep fry the parties after refrigeration
  1. Take tortilla.
  2. Add lettuce
  3. Sliced onion.
  4. Add sauces of your choice - chipotle/sweet onion/sweet chili/mustard
  5. Cut paneer pattie in two pieces and put in wrap
  6. Keep cheese slices - 2 per wrap
  7. Close the wrap.
  8. Grill it in griller for 2 mins or on grill pan with little olive oil

The wrap is ready to serve. You can cut it in two pieces for serving.
