Paneer Masala Sandwich is a home-made, delicious, and quick recipe. It can be served along with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
Ingredients
- Paneer – 350 gram
- Garlic - 3 cloves chopped
- Ginger – ½ tsp pest
- Onions - 1 tbsp. fine chopped
- Tomato - 1 tbsp. fine chopped
- Capsicum - 1 tbsp. fine chopped
- Cucumber - 1 tbsp. fine chopped
- Green chilies - 3 nos chopped
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Maggi masala - 1 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
To make Paneer Sandwich
- Bread Slices
- Cucumber - 1 nos slice
- Small capsicum - 1 nos slice
- Large tomato - 1 nos slice
- Large onions - 1 nos slice
- Tomato Ketchup
- Green Chutney
- Butter
Cooking Instructions
Paneer Sandwich Filling Method:
- Heat a pan with some butter, add garlic, green chili, and ginger paste saute it
- Add fine-chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, and cucumber saute it for 3 min. Now soft veggies.
- Add all the spice powders and salt and saute then.
- Add chopped paneer pieces and saute for 5 min at low flame.
- Take a bread slice, spread butter, and green chutney
- Put onions slice, tomato slice, capsicum slice, and cucumber slice on a bread slice and layer the paneer.
- Cover it with bread slice of butter with green chutney. Heat a sandwich toaster with some butter, place the sandwich on it.
- Apply some butter on top of it and toast the sandwich till it turns to a golden brown color on both sides
- Serve the sandwich hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
