Instant Suji Mini Pizza is so easy to make at home, even if you don’t have an oven. This new version of pizza tastes really good even for breakfast. It is very easy and simple to prepare within a couple of minutes.
Suji Mini pizza is a special recipe for pizza which just differs from others. It is purely vegetarian. This is a very soft and crispy homemade suji pizza. Quick and easy recipe prepared without any extra preparations. This can be served simply with tomato sauce.
Ingredients
FOR BATTER:
- 1 cup suji
- ¾ tsp salt/as a taste
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup of water
- ½ tsp eno
FOR TOPPINGS (1 PIZZA):
- 2 tsp oil
- 5 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated
- Few sliced onions
- Few sliced capsicums
- Few sliced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes sprinkle
- ¼ tsp mixed herbs sprinkle
- 2 tsp pizza sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup of rava and ¾ tsp salt
- Add 1 cup of buttermilk and mix it well
- Now add ½ cup of water and mix well.
- Keep it aside for 15 minutes or until suji absorbs moisture.
- After 15 minutes, mix the suji batter once again.
- If the batter is thick, add ½ cup water and adjust consistency as required.
- Now add ½ tsp eno fruit salt and mix gently. Do not over mix or rest the batter after adding eno.
- Heat the Tawa and grease it with a tsp of oil.
- Pour 2 ladlefuls of suji batter and spread uniformly.
- Cover and simmer for 2 minutes, or until the batter is cooked well from the bottom.
- Pour in 1 tsp oil and carefully flip over.
- Spread in 2 tsp of pizza sauce.
- Top with 3 tbsp of mozzarella cheese.
- Also top with onion, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn.
- Now sprinkle ¼ tsp chili flakes and ¼ tsp mixed herbs.
- Further top with 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts completely and pizza is cooked completely.
Finally, slice it and enjoy suji pizza immediately.
