Great recipe for White sauce pasta. It is a recipe with lesser ingredients yet so much yummy.

  • Pasta in any shape
  • Veggies of your choice
  • Milk
  • Cheese
  • Purpose flour (maida)
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt
Cooking Instructions
  1. You'll have to boil the pasta first. Then strain and toss them with some oil. Keep aside.
  2. As per your choice boil veggie and keep aside.
  3. Put butter on a pan and saute for a minute.
  4. Add some flour to it and pour some milk, and salt in it and keep stirring so that any lump doesn't form.
  5. Pour the rest of the milk and cook it in low flame until it gets more creamy.
  6. Mix the pasta and veggie properly with white sauce.
  7. Don't overcook it. After a minute or few, it's ready to be served
