Besan Bread Toast

Besan bread toast is a very simple and tasty snack recipe prepared with gram flour, veggies, and spices.
Ingredients
- Gram flour - 120 grams
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Red chili - 1/2 tsp
- Carom Seeds /ajwain - 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Green chili - 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste - 1/4 tsp
- Onion - 25 grams
- Capsicum - 25 grams
- Coriander - 1 tbsp
- Water - 125 ml
- Bread slices
- Oil - to fry
Cooking Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl except bread and oil.
- Whisk well till to smooth consistency and keep aside for 5-10 minutes to get thick and flawless consistency batter.
- Heat the non-stick tawa on medium flame. Now dip a bread slice one by one into besan batter and cover both sides.
- Place the toast on pan and cook it on low flame. Flip and cook from both sides till golden brown and crisp.
- Press gently to make sure batter is cooked properly. Finally cut the slices into triangles and serve hot with sauces.
