Chicken Biryani

Biryani is one of the most amazing royal delicious dish introduced to Indian by Mughals

  • 1/2 KG chicken
  • 5 Onions (1 fried onion for Garnishing)
  • 4 Tablespoons dahi and 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1.5 Tablespoon Biryani Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Cooking Instructions
  1. Mix everything well and & marinate the chicken cover and set for 20 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, add 2 cups Basmati rice to a large pot and cook for 80%
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, fry sliced onions in cooker fry them stirring until form light brown
  4. Now add marinated chicken in the cooker & saute until it becomes pale for 5 minutes
  5. And low the flame cover and cook until chicken is soft and completely cooked
  6. Check chicken cooked or not if chicken cooked properly removed chicken in a bowl a cool.
  7. Mix everything well spread it evenly in a single layer now spread chicken gravy and again spread boiled Rice on the chicken gravy
  8. Garnishing with fried onion & Green coriander
  9. Served with Raita
