Ingredients
STEP 1:
- Boneless chicken - 1/4 k.g (250 grams)
- Ginger chopped - 1 inch
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Onion finely chopped - 2 nos.
- Green chilly finely chopped - 1 no's ( as per spicy)
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1tsp
- salt
- Boiled and mashed potatoes - 4 nos.
- Coriander leaves finely chopped - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves finely chopped - 1 tbsp
- salt
- EGG - 2 NOS
- Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
Cooking Instructions
PREPARATION:
- Kadai add chicken sauté it until chicken start to leave water add salt, turmeric mix it add pepper powder cove and cook for low medium flame 10 minutes
- Keep for cool.
- Cooled chicken transfer to blender and blend it for 1 minutes without water.
- Kadai heat 2 tbsp oil add onion sauté it add green chilly add ginger garlic paste once onion turns light golden color add blended chicken mix it then add garam masala powder sauté it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add chicken keema to mixing bowl, add mashed potato, coriander leaves, curry leaves adjust salt and mix it very well then make a balls and smoothly press it and give a shape.
- Bowl beat egg with salt and pinch pepper. another bowl add bread crumbs dip the cutlet in egg and bread crumb then deep fry or shallow fry both side until golden color. ( do not burn it)
Yummy dish cutlet are ready to serve.
QUANTITY : 15 no's cutlets
TIPS:
- You can mix salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder with chicken then cover and cook for 10 min.
- Do not make mixture watery otherwise can not possible to make shape.
