Chocolate Ice Cream

Creamy, delicious, and easy to make chocolate ice cream recipe using condensed milk and cocoa powder. Most ice cream recipes work great in it even without the use of condensed milk. But while making ice cream without a machine, condensed milk lends a good texture.

  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 2 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cofee
  • 4 - 5 drops Vanilla essence
  • Half-cup sugar as per the taste
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cream
  • Choco chips for garnishing
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and add cocoa powder, cornflour, coffee, and 4-5 spoon chilled milk.
  2. Kindly mix it
  3. Now add half a litre of milk to a pan.
  4. Add the mixer, stir it and boil it on the full flame.
  5. When it started boiling, add vanilla essence and sugar.
  6. Stir it for next 15 min
  7. Now add fresh cream
  8. Stir for next 5 min
  9. Switched off the gas
  10. Now allow the mixer to get cool
  11. Once it is cool, just blend it using blender for 3 - 4 min
  12. Now add the mixer to a jar and on top of it add choco chips or garnish the small pieces of chocolate
  13. Now freeze the mixer for 2 hours.
  14. After 2 hours, remove the mixer and again blend it using the blender
  15. Again freeze the mixer still totally frozen.
Now it is ready for eat.
