Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies

Eggless chocolate chip cookies to satisfy your crunchy and sweet cravings! Easy to make and these are crisp and dense.
  • 1/2 cup- all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/2 tbsp- cornflour
  • 1/4th cup- salted butter( should be cold but not frozen)
  • 2 tbsp- powdered white sugar#
  • 2 tbsps- brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp- vanilla essence
  • 1tbsp milk
  • 1/8th tsp- baking soda
Cooking Instructions
  1. Beat the butter with the sugar and brown sugar till fluffy.
  2. Once done add in all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and knead into a dough. The dough should be firm yet soft but not sticky.
  3. Add the choco chips, and then refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
  5. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
  6. Do not remove from tray untill its at room temperature to avoid breaking.

Enjoy your cookies with a cup of milk, desi chai, or coffee!
