Holi Special Instant Thandai Masala and Drink

Holi is a few days away and the best thing about this festival is the food. And, Holi is incomplete without Thandai.
So here is a #ThandaiMasala recipe that takes no time and can be prepared in advance to make #Thandai anytime. You can use this masala to prepare other desserts and drinks too! So as the name is, this drink cools you off with its spices, dried fruits, and saffron.
Ingredients
- Almonds (10)
- Cashewnuts nuts (10)
- Pistachios (20)
- Poppy seed (1 & ½ tbsp)
- Black pepper (5-6)
- Sugar (2-3 tbsp)
- Milk (1 & ½ Cup)
- Green cardamom (5-6)
- Fennel seeds (1 tbsp)
Cooking Instructions
- Add almonds -10 and Cashewnuts nuts -10
- Add pistachios - 20
- fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
- poppy seeds -1 & 1/2 tbsp
- Black paper- 5-6
- Dry fry only for 2 min
- Make a powder in the mixer
- Now My thandai masala is ready
- Take 1 & 1/2 cup milk. Boiled it.
- Now add 2 tbsp thandai masala
- Add 1 tsp green cardamom powder
- Add 2-3 tbsp sugar(as required)
