It is the kind of maggie that is loved by even those who are not fond of maggie (though such people won’t be many). The tempering gives a very typical flavor to maggie, the typical Indian flavor.

Ingredients
  • Maggie Noodles – 1 Packet
  • Butter– 2 tsp.
  • Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp.
  • Small Onion – 1 chopped
  • Small Tomato – 1 chopped
  • Green Chilli - 1
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves- 2 tsp.
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp.
  • Pav bhaji masala – 1 tsp.
Cooking Instructions

Boil Maggi noodles

  1. In a pan boil 3 cups of water.
  2. Break and put 1 pack of maggie noodles in it.
  3. Let it boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Strain the boiled noodles and keep aside.

Tip: You may drizzle few drops of oil on the boiled and strained noodles. This would prevent them from sticking.


Prepare to temper

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil.
  2. Add mustard seeds. Let them crackle.
  3. Add chopped onion and tomato cook till translucent.
  4. Add green chili and pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, salt to taste, and turmeric powder. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add boiled noodles and Maggi masala.
  6. Add boiled noodles. Add little water. Add Maggi masala. Mix well.
  7. Cook for 1 minute.
  8. Coriander leaves for garnishing.
