Easy Mint Chutney (Pudina Chutney). Indian Mint Chutney to serve with Snacks, Samosa, Chaat, pakora/fritters, potato cutlets, and more. Vegan Gluten-free Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup finely chopped mint leaves
  • 4 green chilies chopped
  • 1/4 inch ginger piece
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Water
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take chili, ginger, and salt in a small chutney jar of grinder or food processor.
  2. Add mint leaves, lemon juice, and water.
  3. Grind again until a desired smooth or medium-coarse consistency is achieved.
