Mooli ki Sabji

A nutritious North Indian dish made from Radish and its leaves.

  • 250 grams of radish leaves
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Garlic 5-6 Green
  • Chili 1-2 pieces
  • Onion 2 pieces
Cooking Instructions
  1. Thoroughly chop the radish leaves and wash them in water.
  2. Now boil it for 8-10 minutes in hot water, filter it and separate the water and squeeze it.
  3. Heat a pan and add oil to it. Add the garlic as soon as the garlic starts turning red, add chopped green chilies and let it turn golden. Now add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes golden.
  4. Now add turmeric and salt to it and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Now give the radish leaves and cook on low heat without covering them till the water gets dry.
