Ingredients
- Besan/gram flour (1tbsp)
- Kashmiri Lal mirch powder (1tbsp)
- Turmeric (1tsp)
- Garam masala (1tbsp)
- Salt as per taste
- Onion- 2 medium sizes finely chopped
- Grated Tomatoes -2
- Bay leaf- 2 peases
- Cloves-3
- Paneer (200 gram)
- Green chilis-2 finely chopped
Cooking Instructions
- First in pan dry roast 1 tbsp gram flour low flame about 1-2 minutes.
- Do not turn it very dark. This will help in giving nice thickness to the gravy.
- Take 1 tbsp ghee and fry all paneer pieces in ghee.
- Fry it for 2 3 minutes.
- Do not overcook the paneer.
- Take 1 and 1/2 tbsp ghee in a pan
- Add 2 bay leaf.
- Add 3 cloves
- Add 2 finely chopped green chili
- Add onion 2 medium size
- Fry it till golden brown
- Add gram flour
- Add all masala
- And mix well
- Add some waterCook for 3-4 minutes
- Add grated tomatoes 2 big size
- Mix well
- Add salt as per taste
- Cook for 3-4 minutes
- Now add paneer and mix it well
- Again cook for 2-3 minutes
