इस तरिकेसे आम का आचार बनाओ २ साल तक खराब नही होगा....😊

Ingredients
  • Oil (1 liter)
  • Raw Mango (3 kg)
  • Jaggery (1 cup)
  • Pickle Masala (200 grams)
  • Cloves (20-25)
  • Asafoetida powder (1 tbsp)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Turmeric Powder ( 1/4 cup)
Cooking Instructions
  1. First, we will remove the seed from the raw mango. and cut the raw mangoes along with the peel
  2. add 6 tsp salt
  3. Add 2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. Mix it well
  5. Now leave this for 7-8 hours
  6. After 7 -8 hours, separate the extra water from the row Mangoes, and now put all the row mangoes in a dry cotton cloth and set it out to dry.
  7. Now the raw mango pieces are dry and ready.
  8. Their color have been changed and shrunk a bit.
  9. Heat oil till it starts emitting smoke.
  10. Once it's hot, cool it just a little.
  11. Add 20-25 Cloves and 1 tbsp Aforesaid powder.
  12. Now cool this oil like room temperature.
  13. Now its time to add Masala.
  14. Add 2 tbsp salt
  15. Add 2 packets(200 gm) Baedeker pickle Masala (each packet of 100 gm)
  16. Mix it well till all the Row mango pieces are coated well.
  17. Add 1 liter oil and mix it well
  18. You can keep this mango pickle safe for the entire year without any problems.
