Ingredients
- Oil (1 liter)
- Raw Mango (3 kg)
- Jaggery (1 cup)
- Pickle Masala (200 grams)
- Cloves (20-25)
- Asafoetida powder (1 tbsp)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Turmeric Powder ( 1/4 cup)
Cooking Instructions
- First, we will remove the seed from the raw mango. and cut the raw mangoes along with the peel
- add 6 tsp salt
- Add 2 tsp turmeric powder
- Mix it well
- Now leave this for 7-8 hours
- After 7 -8 hours, separate the extra water from the row Mangoes, and now put all the row mangoes in a dry cotton cloth and set it out to dry.
- Now the raw mango pieces are dry and ready.
- Their color have been changed and shrunk a bit.
- Heat oil till it starts emitting smoke.
- Once it's hot, cool it just a little.
- Add 20-25 Cloves and 1 tbsp Aforesaid powder.
- Now cool this oil like room temperature.
- Now its time to add Masala.
- Add 2 tbsp salt
- Add 2 packets(200 gm) Baedeker pickle Masala (each packet of 100 gm)
- Mix it well till all the Row mango pieces are coated well.
- Add 1 liter oil and mix it well
- You can keep this mango pickle safe for the entire year without any problems.
