Soya Kebabs

Tasty and nutritious kebabs made with soya beans and other hot ingredients like chillies and condiments. A yummy snack and starter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup soya granules
- 2 potatoes boiled
- 4 green chilies
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 5 garlic pods
- 2 sp pudina powder
- 3 sp coriander leaves
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 sp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 sp chat masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 sp rice flour
- 4 sp bread crumbs
- Oil to shallow fry
Cooking Instructions
- Wash and soak soya granules in hot water squeeze out water and grind in a mixture.
- Grind to paste of chilly, ginger, garlic, pudina powder coriander leaves.
- In a mixing bowl add the paste of soya granules, potatoes, rice flour, onion chopped, chilly paste.
- Now add masala salt, lemon juice, and bread crumbs mix it well.
- Now make shapes of kababs.
- Shallow fry till golden and crisp and serve with chutney and sauce.
