Soya Kebabs

Tasty and nutritious kebabs made with soya beans and other hot ingredients like chillies and condiments. A yummy snack and starter.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup soya granules
  • 2 potatoes boiled
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1/4 inch ginger
  • 5 garlic pods
  • 2 sp pudina powder
  • 3 sp coriander leaves
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 sp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 sp chat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 sp rice flour
  • 4 sp bread crumbs
  • Oil to shallow fry
Cooking Instructions
  1. Wash and soak soya granules in hot water squeeze out water and grind in a mixture.
  2. Grind to paste of chilly, ginger, garlic, pudina powder coriander leaves.
  3. In a mixing bowl add the paste of soya granules, potatoes, rice flour, onion chopped, chilly paste.
  4. Now add masala salt, lemon juice, and bread crumbs mix it well.
  5. Now make shapes of kababs.
  6. Shallow fry till golden and crisp and serve with chutney and sauce.
