Yoghurt Mint Chutney

Yoghurt Mint Chutney sauce is classically served with dishes baked in a Tandoor i.e. Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka, etc. incredibly versatile.

Ingredients
  • Green mint leaves – 1 cup
  • Pomegranate seeds – 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Yogurt – ½ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Green chilies – 2
Cooking Instructions
  1. Pound the pomegranate seed with the yogurt.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a wet grinder and grind to a granular consistency.
  3. Serve as an accompaniment to Seekh/Shashlik.
