Yoghurt Mint Chutney sauce is classically served with dishes baked in a Tandoor i.e. Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka, etc. incredibly versatile.
Ingredients
- Green mint leaves – 1 cup
- Pomegranate seeds – 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste.
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Green chilies – 2
Cooking Instructions
- Pound the pomegranate seed with the yogurt.
- Put all the ingredients in a wet grinder and grind to a granular consistency.
- Serve as an accompaniment to Seekh/Shashlik.
