BUTTER MURUKKU ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ ಮುರುಕ್ಕು

(Please try at home - Very tasty, crispy & easy to make)

Ingredients
  • Rice Flour 1 Cup
  • Gram (Besan) Flour 2 1/2 cup
  • Butter (Clarified Butter) 3 Tbspn
  • Jeera 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to knead the dough
  • Oil to deep fry
Cooking Instructions
  1. Grease oil to chakli maker
  2. Keep oil to heat
  3. Add Rice Flour, Gram Flour, salt to mixing bowl. mix it nicely then add butter and jeera again mix it gently, then gradually add water and knead the dough smoothly.
  4. Fill dough to chakli maker
  5. Deep fry in medium flame
  6. Butter Murukku is ready to serve.

Notes:

  1. please do not fry in a dark color
  2. Do not add more salt
  3. Do not make a loose dough
  4. Serve after cool to get a better taste.
