BUTTER MURUKKU ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ ಮುರುಕ್ಕು
(Please try at home - Very tasty, crispy & easy to make)
Ingredients
- Rice Flour 1 Cup
- Gram (Besan) Flour 2 1/2 cup
- Butter (Clarified Butter) 3 Tbspn
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water to knead the dough
- Oil to deep fry
Cooking Instructions
- Grease oil to chakli maker
- Keep oil to heat
- Add Rice Flour, Gram Flour, salt to mixing bowl. mix it nicely then add butter and jeera again mix it gently, then gradually add water and knead the dough smoothly.
- Fill dough to chakli maker
- Deep fry in medium flame
- Butter Murukku is ready to serve.
Notes:
- please do not fry in a dark color
- Do not add more salt
- Do not make a loose dough
- Serve after cool to get a better taste.
