  • 1/2 liter milk- boiled
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Agar-agar grass- 10 grams
  • Cardamom- 1
  • Saffron strands few
  • Almond silvers and rose petals for garnish
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take milk in a thick bottomed pan, add the cardamom, saffron strands let it boil.
  2. Once the milk is almost done add the sugar and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. In another small pan, take the agar agar grass in 50 ml water, and let it boil till dissolved.
  4. Now add this dissolved agar agar mixture to the milk and let it cook for a minute.
  5. Turn off the heat, and pour into serving bowls, garnish with almonds and rose petals.
