Hello dosto Diwali me ya Kabhi Bhi. Kuch meetha khane ka man ho to banaiye ye tasty rasili Suji ki mithai. Ye banane me bahut hi aasan hai aur bahut tasty lagti hai. Dekhne me bhi bahut sundar aur appetizing lagti hai. Jarur try karke dekhiye ye recipe. I am sure aap sabko bahut pasand ayegi.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • ½ cup semolina
  • ¾ cup milk + 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda

Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Cooking Instructions
  1. Fry semolina in ghee for 4-5 minutes on low heat
  2. Gradually add in milk as you stir
  3. Transfer to a place to set aside once the semolina has dough consistency
  4. In a separate pot, prepare syrup dissolving sugar in water
  5. Stir in cardamom powder
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Add cornflour to the semolina, cardamom powder
  8. Knead for 6-7 minutes and add 2 tbsp milk
  9. Create small flat round shapes with ½ inch in thickness
  10. Deep fry in cooking oil until golden brown
  11. Transfer the fried semolina to the syrup pot to soak before serving
