Coconut Barfi/ Nariyal barfi is a very delicious & authentic recipe. Coconut barfi makes in many ways but this recipe is very easy & instant & cooks with condensed milk. Coconut barfi is very healthy & tasty. Generally, we bought sweets from the market but sometimes this is not good. So, You just try this recipe at home & enjoy the healthy flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Grated Coconut
- 3/4th cup condensed milk
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Elaichi Powder
- Cashews & Almonds chopped
- 1 tsp Ghee
Cooking Instructions
- In a pan, add grated coconut, condensed milk & milk. Mix all the ingredients on a low flame to form a soft dough.
- Add elaichi powder and mix well.
- Once the dough is formed, take the mixture off the flame.
- Grease a flat surface with little ghee & spread the mixture to cool completely.
- Garnish the mixture with almonds & cashews.
- Once the mixture cools, 20 minute and cut medium size pieces.
Coconut Barfi is ready.
