Coconut Barfi

Coconut Barfi/ Nariyal barfi is a very delicious & authentic recipe. Coconut barfi makes in many ways but this recipe is very easy & instant & cooks with condensed milk. Coconut barfi is very healthy & tasty. Generally, we bought sweets from the market but sometimes this is not good. So, You just try this recipe at home & enjoy the healthy flavor.

  • 1 Cup Grated Coconut
  • 3/4th cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Elaichi Powder
  • Cashews & Almonds chopped
  • 1 tsp Ghee
Cooking Instructions
  1. In a pan, add grated coconut, condensed milk & milk. Mix all the ingredients on a low flame to form a soft dough.
  2. Add elaichi powder and mix well.
  3. Once the dough is formed, take the mixture off the flame.
  4. Grease a flat surface with little ghee & spread the mixture to cool completely.
  5. Garnish the mixture with almonds & cashews.
  6. Once the mixture cools, 20 minute and cut medium size pieces.

Coconut Barfi is ready.
