Egg Fried Rice

I am a die-hard fan of non-veg dishes. I have started learning cooking so thought of trying to make simple egg fried rice. I hope you guys will try it and like it.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon Amul butter
- 3 eggs
- 350g (12½oz) leftover cooked rice (about 4 serving spoons) - the rice must be cold.
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 teaspoon Chopped Ginger
- 2-3 green chili
- Schezwan fried rice masala
- Coriander and salt as per the taste
Cooking Instructions
- Heat a large deep frying pan or wok. Add the oil
- When the oil is very hot, add the beaten egg and swirl to cover the entire pan. Stir fry for 30 seconds until the eggs have become solid pieces.
- Move to one side of the pan.
- Now add one tablespoon Amul butter
- Add tomato, onion, green chili, carrot, and ginger. Stir for 1-2 minutes
- Add the rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine with the egg. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt, coriander and one tablespoon schezwan fried rice masala
