Ragi veg dosa diabetic friendly

Diabetic-friendly breakfast ragi veg dosa  which is  high protein low carb high fibre low cal diet which will allow keeping blood sugar under control.

Ingredients
  • Ragi flour 1 cup
  • Idli batter or rice flour 1 cup
  • If using rice flour then curd 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Green chillies 2
  • Chopped multi colour veg 2 cups
  • Oil 4 tbsp
Cooking Instructions
  1. Grind green chillies and ginger along with ragu flour and idly batter add required salt and mix well and leave it for 20 mins.
  2. Keep ready small fine cut veggies like capsicum, carrot, purple cabbage, onions etc and keep ready.
  3. In a hot dosa pan add ladle full batter and sprinkle a good amount of chopped veggies add small tsp oil and cook both sides.
  4. Serve this dosa with oil-free chutneys along with oats chia porridge.
  5. This is a good breakfast idea for a diabetic to feel full it's loaded with full-fibre and protein.
