Veg Lollipop

These veg lollipops are too good and disappear in no matter of time. Veg lollipops make for a great vegetarian appetizer or a starter snack at get together and parties. You can serve them with any dip or sauce or chutney.

  • Potato -2 Small Boiled
  • Carrot Grated - 1/4 Cup
  • Cabbage - 1/4 Cup Grated
  • Capsicum - 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped
  • Fresh Bread Crumbs - 1 Cup
  • Paneer Crumbs – 50 Gram
  • Coriander Leaves - 1/4 Cup Chopped
  • Green Chilly – 2 tsp. Paste
  • Ginger – Small Paste
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp.
  • Salt to Taste
  • Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp. (Slurry)
  • Oil Fry
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take boiled potato into a big bowl.
  2. Add grated cabbage to it. Add grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped coriander leaves, fresh bread crumbs, chaat masala add salt to taste, ginger and green chili paste, mix well. Dough is ready now for making Bites. For making Bites take small lemon size of dough and make round shape like ball. Put ball into a plate. Prepare left over balls same way.
  3. Take corn flour into a bowl and add little water and make thin slurry.
  4. Put ball into corn flour slurry and coat properly with slurry after than put into fresh bread crumbs plate and coat it properly with bread crumbs.
  5. Put oil for heat. When oil is heated add one by one ball in it. Fry till they become golden brown and crisp.Check balls if they became golden brown and crisp take out into a plate.
  6. Fry left over balls same way.
  7. Bites are ready now.

Serve with green chutney or tomato ketch up.
