Stuffed Bhindi Recipe

Bharali bhindi is prepared by filling stuffing of spicy peanut and coconut stuffing. This is a bit tedious process but the end result is just awesome. This can be a good option for a lunch box. Let’s learn to make Bharali bhindi
Ingredients
- Dry Coconut (1/4 cup)
- Bhindi (20-30 Pieces)
- White Sesame Seeds (3 tbsp)
- Crushed Peanuts (3 tbsp)
- Turmeric Powder (1 tsp)
- Coriander Powder (1 tbsp)
- Home Made /Garam masala (1 tbsp)
- Red Chili Powder (1 tbsp)
- kitchen king masala (1 tbsp)
- Asafoetida/ Hing (1 tsp)
- Garlic (8-10)
- oil (3 tbsp)
Cooking Instructions
- Let's first prepare bhindi masala.
- add 1/4 cup dry coconut into pan and roast
- add 3 tbsp White Sesame Seeds and roast both till golden brown
- then make a powder of this roasted dry coconut and White Sesame Seeds.
- add 3 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts.
- add roasted dry coconut and White Sesame Seeds powder.
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp home made /gram masala
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp kitchen king masala
- add 2 tbsp oil to this
- mix well
- add salt as per taste
- now your bhindi stuffing is ready
- clean and cut bhindi like this in medium size
- fill this stuffing into bhindi and press like this
- stuff all bhindi like this
- add 2 tbsp oil to the pan
- add 1 tsp Asafoetida/ Hing
- add all stuffed bhindi in pan
- mix well
- cover with lid
- and cook well
