Boondi Raita

My grandmother used to make Boondi Raita and tomato onion Raita. Which is a healthy and delicious recipe. I have learned from my grandmother. And this is one of my favourite recipes.
Ingredients
- Yogurt -1 cup
- Boondi- ½ cup
- Green chilies -1
- roasted cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
- sugar – 1/4 teaspoon
- salt- ½ teaspoon
- black salt -1/4 teaspoon
- coriander leaves – for garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Soak the Boondi in water for 5 minutes.
- Take yogurt in a bowl and whisk until it became smooth.
- Add the green chili, roasted cumin powder, sugar, salt, black salt well.
- Squeeze the Boondi and add in the yogurt
- Coriander for garnishing Boondi Raita.
