Boondi Raita

My grandmother used to make Boondi Raita and tomato onion Raita. Which is a healthy and delicious recipe. I have learned from my grandmother. And this is one of my favourite recipes.

Ingredients
  • Yogurt -1 cup
  • Boondi- ½ cup
  • Green chilies -1
  • roasted cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar – 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt- ½ teaspoon
  • black salt -1/4 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves – for garnish
Cooking Instructions
  1. Soak the Boondi in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl and whisk until it became smooth.
  3. Add the green chili, roasted cumin powder, sugar, salt, black salt well.
  4. Squeeze the Boondi and add in the yogurt
  5. Coriander for garnishing Boondi Raita.
