Mooli Raita Recipe or Radish Raita is a crunchy, yet sweetish spicy yogurt preparation tempered with aromatic spices. It is very quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- Radish - 1/2 piece
- Red Chili powder – 1tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- Cumin Powder - 2 tsp (roasted)
- Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Cooking Instructions
- Peel and grate the Radish, Radish has a very strong flavor, so squeeze and remove excess water.
- Chop the red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander leaves finely
- Add it to the radish.
- Add a little water to the yogurt and beat it and add it to the radish.
- Add salt to taste and chaat masala mix it thoroughly.
- Add the seasoning to the Raita.
- You can serve this dish with Paratha or Chapati.
