Radish Raita ( Mooli Raita )

Mooli Raita Recipe or Radish Raita is a crunchy, yet sweetish spicy yogurt preparation tempered with aromatic spices. It is very quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  • Radish - 1/2 piece
  • Red Chili powder – 1tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Cumin Powder - 2 tsp (roasted)
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Cooking Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the Radish, Radish has a very strong flavor, so squeeze and remove excess water.
  2. Chop the red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander leaves finely
  3. Add it to the radish.
  4. Add a little water to the yogurt and beat it and add it to the radish.
  5. Add salt to taste and chaat masala mix it thoroughly.
  6. Add the seasoning to the Raita.
  7. You can serve this dish with Paratha or Chapati.
