Coconut laddu

Coconut laddu is a famous Indian sweet recipe or Indian laddu recipe prepared with 3 basic ingredients which include desiccated coconut, milk, and sugar. It is typically prepared during festival seasons as offering especially during Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Navaratri.

  • Desiccated coconut - 2 Cups
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 Cup
  • Ghee - 1 Tsp
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take a pan and put desiccated coconut with ghee in it.
  2. Roast it till you get a nice coconut aroma. πŸ˜‹
  3. Then add milk and sugar in it and stir till the sugar is melted. Make sure do not over roast the mixture as you will require some moisture to shape your laddus.
  4. Once everything is mixed properly keep the mixture aside for some time.
  5. While the mixture is still warm start making laddus.
  6. Roll all the laddus over some desiccated coconut and serve..πŸ˜‹
