Multigrain Laddu

Laddus are the most popular Indian sweets. πŸ˜‹

Ingredients
  • Sprouted Ragi powder - 250 gm
  • Rawa - 100 gm
  • Besan - 100 gm
  • Wheat flour - 100 gm
  • Powdered sugar - 150 gm
  • Ghee - 7-8 tbsp
  • Assorted nuts - 2 tbsp (optional)
Cooking Instructions
  1. Dry roast rawa in ghee and keep aside.
  2. Now mix ragi powder,besan and wheat flour and roast the mixture on low flame.
  3. Add roasted rawa and mix properly.
  4. Add 4-5 tbsp of ghee and keep stirring.
  5. Add more ghee if needed, It should look like melted chocolate.
  6. Switch off the gas once you get the aroma of the mixture.
  7. Now add powdered sugar, assorted nuts, and mix it properly.
  8. Start making laddu while the mixture is still warm. If needed add melted ghee.

Your healthy laddus are ready to eat. Enjoy.. πŸ˜‹
