Multigrain Laddu

Laddus are the most popular Indian sweets. π
Ingredients
- Sprouted Ragi powder - 250 gm
- Rawa - 100 gm
- Besan - 100 gm
- Wheat flour - 100 gm
- Powdered sugar - 150 gm
- Ghee - 7-8 tbsp
- Assorted nuts - 2 tbsp (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Dry roast rawa in ghee and keep aside.
- Now mix ragi powder,besan and wheat flour and roast the mixture on low flame.
- Add roasted rawa and mix properly.
- Add 4-5 tbsp of ghee and keep stirring.
- Add more ghee if needed, It should look like melted chocolate.
- Switch off the gas once you get the aroma of the mixture.
- Now add powdered sugar, assorted nuts, and mix it properly.
- Start making laddu while the mixture is still warm. If needed add melted ghee.
Your healthy laddus are ready to eat. Enjoy.. π
