Vermicelli Custard with Fruits and Dry Fruits

Instant Dry Fruits with Vermicelli Semiya sweet.

Ingredients

FOR SEMIYA CUSTARD:

  • 1/4 tsp ghee
  • 1/4 cup vermicelli / semiyan
  • 2 cup milk, full cream
  • 5 tbsp sugar / as a taste
  • 1/2 tbsp custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 1/4 cup milk

FOR SERVING (1 GLASS):

  • 2 tbsp apple, chopped
  • 2 tbsp banana chopped
  • 2 tbsp nuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti
Cooking Instructions
  1. Firstly, in a pan heat 1/4tsp ghee and roast ½ cup vermicelli.
  2. Roast on low flame until the semiya turns golden brown. keep aside.
  3. In a large kadai, heat 2 cup milk, stir well, and get the milk to a boil.
  4. Add in roasted semiya and give a good mix.
  5. Also, add ¼ cup sugar and mix well.
  6. Boil for 7 minutes or until semiya gets cooked completely.
  7. In a small bowl take 1/2 tbsp custard powder and 1/4 cup milk. Mix well making sure there are no lumps.
  8. Pour in custard slurry and stir continuously.
  9. Cook until the milk thickens and turns creamy.
  10. Transfer the custard semiya into a large bowl.
  11. Cool completely, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

For Serving,

  • Take a tall glass, add ¼ cup chilled vermicelli custard.
  • Now top with 2 tbsp banana 2 tbsp apple and 1tbsp nuts. Further, pour in ¼ cup chilled vermicelli custard.
  • Top with 2 tbsp nuts fruits and 2 tbsp tutti frutti.

Enjoy vermicelli custard.
