Banana Milkshakes

Banana Milkshakes are wealthy in magnesium and potassium and it helps in keeping up and oversees circulatory strain and keeps the heart secured and advances bone wellbeing.

Ingredients
  • 5 - medium ripe bananas
  • 2 - cups milk chilled
  • 1 - tablespoon sugar
  • 5 - tablespoons honey
  • ½ - teaspoon lemon juice
  • 8 - Almond
  • 4 - 5 Ice cube
Cooking Instructions
  1. Add sliced banana into the blender.
  2. Using frozen bananas are good for colder and thicker milkshakes.
  3. Add ice cubes, sugar, honey, and milk.
  4. Crushed ice is better.
  5. For additional flavors, you can add almonds and lemon juice.
  6. Blend all ingredients well and pour into a serving glass.
