Carrot Beetroot Juice

A nutritious and refreshing juice is helpful for sound immunity throughout the year. Beetroot juice topped with carrots and amla is an excellent combination to fight low hemoglobin levels.

  • 2 Carrots (medium size),
  • 1 Beetroot,
  • 5-6 Mint leaves (optional),
  • 2 tablespoon Amla juice (or Lemon juice),
  • Ginger (1 Inch chopped),
  • Pinch of black pepper powder,
  • 2 Glass water,
  • Black salt as needed.
Cooking Instructions
  1. Peel the skin of carrot and beetroot with peeler and grate or cut it into small pieces.
  2. Transfer carrot beetroot pieces with mint leaves and chopped ginger into a blender and blend it 2-3 times in pulse mode without water until there is no large chunk of vegetables left.
  3. Now add water in the mixture and blend it again until it is perfectly blended.
  4. Strain the juice in a vessel and add black pepper powder, amla juice, black salt and mix it well.

Your healthy tasty juice is ready to serve.
