Corn Pakoda

Corn pakoda recipe, perfect snack for tea, coffee time.
Ingredients
- Corn - 2 Cups
- Chopped Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Besan - 1/2 Cup
- Corn Flour or Rice Flour - 1/4 Cup
- Turmeric - 1/4 Cup
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger chili paste -1/2 tsp
- Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
- Jeera - 1/4 tsp
- Salt as per your taste
- Oil for deep frying
Cooking Instructions
- Pulse the 1 Cup corn kernels in a grinder 2-3 times to break them into small pieces.
- Take a bowl mix all the ingredients.
- Add little water to make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Once the oil is hot, drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil and fry on medium-low heat until the pakodas are crispy.
- Remove the pakodas on a tissue lined plate.
- Serve hot with coriander chutney.
