Gajar Ka Halwa With Milk Maid

Delicious Gajar Ka Halwa made with condensed milk, cashew nuts, and milk powder.

  • 4 big size carrots
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 2 to 6 crushed cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp ghee or as needed
Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a Kadai.
  2. Fry grated carrot in slow flame till the raw smell of carrot goes off.
  3. Now add 1/2 cup condensed milk, milk powder. Stir it continously till the halwa starts leaves the bottom of the Kadai.
  4. Add crushed cashew nuts. Mix it well.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with cashew nuts.
  6. Ready to serve...Gajar Ka Halwa.
