Health and delicious breakfast Idli fry
Ingredients
- Oil - 2 tbs
- Mustard Seeds – 1tsp
- Curry Leaves – a sprig
- Gree chili - 1
- Onion-1
- Tomato – 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Garlic – 2 pods
- Ginger – 2 tbs
- Salt- to taste
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Maggie masala – 2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves – 3 tbs
Cooking Instructions
- Cut idli into 1" cube.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add grated ginger and garlic and saute for a minute or two.
- Add onions and green chili until translucent.
- Add Chopped capsicum and carrot until translucent
- Add tomatoes and cook covered until it turns mushy.
- Add turmeric, Maggie masala and salt.
- Cook for a minute or two on low flame.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves and serve immediately.
