Health and delicious breakfast Idli fry

Ingredients
  • Oil - 2 tbs
  • Mustard Seeds – 1tsp
  • Curry Leaves – a sprig
  • Gree chili - 1
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Carrot - 1
  • Garlic – 2 pods
  • Ginger – 2 tbs
  • Salt- to taste
  • Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Maggie masala – 2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves – 3 tbs
Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut idli into 1" cube.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Add grated ginger and garlic and saute for a minute or two.
  4. Add onions and green chili until translucent.
  5. Add Chopped capsicum and carrot until translucent
  6. Add tomatoes and cook covered until it turns mushy.
  7. Add turmeric, Maggie masala and salt.
  8. Cook for a minute or two on low flame.
  9. Cook 5 minutes.
  10. Add coriander leaves and serve immediately.
