Ingredients
- Ragi - 1 Cup
- Rava - 1 Cup
- Rice Flour - 1/2 Cup
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Black Paper - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - As per your taste
Cooking Instructions
- Take a bowl mix all the ingredients (Ragi, Rava, Rice Flour, Curd, Jeera, Black Paper, Salt).
- Add water and mix well to form a lump-free batter.
- Rest the batter for 10-15 minutes.
- Now adjust the consistency of the batter, it should be flowing consistency.
- Heat the dosa tawa.
- Evenly spread the oil & pour prepared batter over a hot tawa.
- Now Roast the dosa from both the sides till it is completely cooked.
- Serve the dosa with coconut chutney.
