Ingredients
  • Ragi - 1 Cup
  • Rava - 1 Cup
  • Rice Flour - 1/2 Cup
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Paper - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - As per your taste
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take a bowl mix all the ingredients (Ragi, Rava, Rice Flour, Curd, Jeera, Black Paper, Salt).
  2. Add water and mix well to form a lump-free batter.
  3. Rest the batter for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Now adjust the consistency of the batter, it should be flowing consistency.
  5. Heat the dosa tawa.
  6. Evenly spread the oil & pour prepared batter over a hot tawa.
  7. Now Roast the dosa from both the sides till it is completely cooked.
  8. Serve the dosa with coconut chutney.
