Oats Masala

Masala oats are considered as one of the healthiest and most tasty recipes to be taken in breakfast. Today we will learn how to make masala oats in a very simple and unique way to make it, even more, healthier ad tastier. we will use Maggi masala with the oats which will make the oats so delicious that it will get finished as soon as you cook. So do try this healthy recipe at your home and share your views with us.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1, 1/2 teaspoon Maggi masala powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions
  1. First heat a pan and dry roast oats 1-minute immediately transfer OTAs in bowls.
  2. then heat a pan add oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let their colour change.
  3. Add green chillies and onion, ginger mix well and saute till the onion is golden.
  4. Add tomato and salt, reduce heat, cover and cook for two to three minutes.
  5. Add red chilli powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder, Maggi masala powder and mix well.
  6. Add rolled oats, four cups water and cook for four to five minutes. Add one tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well.

Serve hot, garnished with the remaining coriander leaves.
