Kulukki Sarbath is a refreshing drink in Kerala which helps to cool you down during hot summer.

  • Sugar syrup – 2 tbsp.
  • Water – ¾ glass
  • Sabja seeds – 1 tsp (soaked)
  • Lemon-half of the lemon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Green chilly -1
  • Ice – 3-4 ice cubes
  • Preparation (1 glass)
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take a glass and add the required sugar syrup.
  2. Add Squeeze one lime to it.  Add soaked Sabja seeds (1 or 2 tablespoons) (Sabja seeds must be soaked in water at least 5-10 minutes before preparation.)
  3. Slit a chilly add and salt for taste. Add Ice if required and mint leaves if you like that flavor.
  4. Next, add some water and make sure some space is left to the brim of the glass. Now take another glass and seal the sarbath glass. Gently shake the sarbath. Kulukki sarbath is ready to be served immediately. shake it well and serve.
