Nachos

I am Sharing this Nachos recipe with you. Nachos are a Mexican dish from northern Mexico but we cook with Indian touch.
Ingredients
- One cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- Sunflower Oil (for fry)
- Salt
- Chat & Maggi masala to Garnish
- Mayonnaise (for deep)
Cooking Instructions
- To begin making the Nachos, first knead the flour. In a bowl add flour 1 spoon salt & Oil and mix with your hand.
- Add water slowly knead a roti like dough.
- Leave the dough rest for 10 minutes
- To make tortillas, make medium size roti & keep them separate. Now semi cook them on a Pan. Don't cook them brown like rotis.
- Cut the Rotis into triangular cuts to make Nachos & fry them on medium-high flame.
- Once they are ready to take them out on tissue paper. Sprinkle chat & Maggi masala on Nachos and now our Nachos is ready to be served.
- Serve with Mayonnaise
