I am Sharing this Nachos recipe with you. Nachos are a Mexican dish from northern Mexico but we cook with Indian touch.

  1. One cup corn flour
  2. 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  3. Sunflower Oil (for fry)
  4. Salt
  5. Chat & Maggi masala to Garnish
  6. Mayonnaise (for deep)
Cooking Instructions
  1. To begin making the Nachos, first knead the flour. In a bowl add flour 1 spoon salt & Oil and mix with your hand.
  2. Add water slowly knead a roti like dough.
  3. Leave the dough rest for 10 minutes
  4. To make tortillas, make medium size roti & keep them separate. Now semi cook them on a Pan. Don't cook them brown like rotis.
  5. Cut the Rotis into triangular cuts to make Nachos & fry them on medium-high flame.
  6. Once they are ready to take them out on tissue paper. Sprinkle chat & Maggi masala on Nachos and now our Nachos is ready to be served.
  7. Serve with Mayonnaise
