Vada Pav is a popular Indian street food that originated from Maharashtra. It's the most loved snack. Breakfast Lunch or Dinner -Vada pav is the best, sometimes spelled vada pav or Vada Pav, which is a popular spicy vegetarian fast-food dish native to the Indian state of Maharashtra.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Gram Flour Water, as required
  • 3 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • For Tadka:
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 7-8 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Crush
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Oil for deep frying
Cooking Instructions
  1. In a small tadka vessel heat some oil.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Then add curry leaves and switch off the flame.
  3. Add ginger garlic green chilli crush and turmeric powder. Give a stir. Let this mixture cool down.
  4. In another bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes. Add the cooled tadka. Also, add salt to taste and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Make medium size vadas and keep them ready.
  5. In a bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder, and very little salt. Add water as required and make a pouring consistency batter.
  6. Dip the vadas in the batter and put them in hot oil for frying.
  7. Fry these batata vadas on golden brown color. 
  8. Slit the pav. Place one vada in the center. Put some dry chutney. Close it properly.

Vada Pav is ready.
