Wheat Flour dosa is a quick and easy dish that you can prepare in 20 minutes. Normally for dosa, we need to soak rice, urad dal for many hours and grind it, and then ferment it. But Wheat flour dosa is very simple and can be made with ready-made flours without much effort. It is a healthy dish too as we are using wheat flour. We can also make this for dinner.

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp.
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Salt as required
  • Butter - 2 tbsp.
  • Baking powder - 1 pinch
  • Buttermilk ½ cup
  • 1 green chili
  • Water as required
Cooking Instructions
  1. Take a bowl to add wheat flour, rice flour, salt, butter, baking powder, onion, green chili, and mix this well.
  2. And add buttermilk, water mix this like whisk well making sure there are no lumps a dosa batter.
  3. Fill the ladle with dosa batter, pour this batter on to the center of the griddle and rotate the batter with a ladle.
  4. Add melted butter, cook this and transfer into a plate.
  5. Serve this with coconut chutney.
