Simple Mirchi Fry ( Green Chilli Fry )

A simple spicy stir-fried green chilies or Hari Mirch based recipe which is used as a side dish to main meals. These chilies are prepared by just a very simple method but taste-wise it is just wow. It is a must-try recipe for everyone, I feel.
Ingredients
- Tender Green Chilli – 5-6 (slit)
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1/4 Tsp
Cooking Instructions
- Put a pan on flame, add oil. When the oil is hot add slit green chilies. And fry it nicely from all the sides.
- Add salt as per taste. Mix.
- Take them out on a plate, add lemon juice (this is optional, but I will suggest you, add lemon juice as it tastes just wow)
- Mix properly and Yummy and Very Tasty Green Chillies are ready. Serve Hot!
