Simple Mirchi Fry ( Green Chilli Fry )

A simple spicy stir-fried green chilies or Hari Mirch based recipe which is used as a side dish to main meals. These chilies are prepared by just a very simple method but taste-wise it is just wow. It is a must-try recipe for everyone, I feel.

  • Tender Green Chilli – 5-6 (slit)
  • Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1/4 Tsp
Cooking Instructions
  1. Put a pan on flame, add oil. When the oil is hot add slit green chilies. And fry it nicely from all the sides.
  2. Add salt as per taste. Mix.
  3. Take them out on a plate, add lemon juice (this is optional, but I will suggest you, add lemon juice as it tastes just wow)
  4. Mix properly and Yummy and Very Tasty Green Chillies are ready. Serve Hot!
