Suran Chips Recipe (Elephant Foot Yam) Chips is a tasty and healthy South Indian Dish

  • Suran 250 gm
  • Gram flour (Besan) 1 cup
  • Chilli Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil
  • Amchur Powder
  • Semolina (Suji)
Cooking Instructions
  1. Wash Suran well and put in the cooker to cook on steam
  2. Once cooked, cut it into a slices
  3. Prepare a dry mixture of besan and suji, add all spices and salt as per taste
  4. Dip slices in mixture, apply it well on both sides
  5. In a pan put 2 tablespoons of oil and shallow fry those slices
  6. When it will turn golden brown in color, flip those slices
  7. Once shallow fried, it is ready to be served
