Suran Chips Recipe (Elephant Foot Yam) Chips is a tasty and healthy South Indian Dish
Ingredients
- Suran 250 gm
- Gram flour (Besan) 1 cup
- Chilli Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per taste
- Oil
- Amchur Powder
- Semolina (Suji)
Cooking Instructions
- Wash Suran well and put in the cooker to cook on steam
- Once cooked, cut it into a slices
- Prepare a dry mixture of besan and suji, add all spices and salt as per taste
- Dip slices in mixture, apply it well on both sides
- In a pan put 2 tablespoons of oil and shallow fry those slices
- When it will turn golden brown in color, flip those slices
- Once shallow fried, it is ready to be served
